D. in Civil and Commercial Law from Renmin University of China (1999-2002), researcher at the Postdoctoral Station of Enterprise Management in the Business School of Renmin University of China (2002-2004), and Senior Visiting Scholar at the Faculty of Law of the University of New South Wales (2008). Currently, he is a professor and master's tutor at the School of Civil and Commercial Economics Law of China University of Political Science and Law, and deputy director of the Institute of Commercial Law. Main research areas: contract and guarantee system, corporate enterprise law, corporate governance and corporate management system.
