Work Experience:
Mr. Yu Chunbo has a triple professional background of science and technology, law and intellectual property, graduated from Beijing University of Technology with a master's degree in engineering, has nearly 15 years of relevant work experience, has dual professional qualifications of patent agent and lawyer (double-certified lawyer), has the dual title of engineer and intellectual property engineer, and is an expert in intellectual property appraisal of the Capital Intellectual Property Service Industry Association.
Mr. Yu Chunbo used to work in the Patent Office of the State Intellectual Property Office for patent examination, and also used to work in Mercedes-Benz, Chang'an and other well-known automobile enterprises for technical and management work. Mr. Yu is familiar with the existing technologies in the fields of machinery, electronic circuits, control, measurement, new plant varieties, etc., and is good at efficiently proposing solutions and suggestions for clients based on facts and evidence.
Practice areas:
Various intellectual property protection and dispute resolution practices. The cases we have represented involve patents, trade secrets, anti-unfair competition, new plant varieties and other intellectual property fields. The cases include civil infringement and ownership disputes, as well as litigation cases such as administrative cases of patent authorization and confirmation of rights, and non-litigation cases such as patent nullity requests, patent FTO analysis, patent layout and discovery, and special evaluation of patents. He is particularly good at evidence search and organization, finding breakthroughs in complex cases and solving clients' problems.
